Commission Information – General Overview
Our hotel partners and employees earn a commission for each tour sold. Here is how the process works:
Weekly Reporting: Our employee will either visit your hotel in person or send you a summary once per week showing the total commission you have accumulated.
Commission Payment: All commissions are paid once per week, either in cash or via bank transfer, and only to the hotel employee who directly sold the tour.
Transparency: All calculations are based on the tour price after any applicable hotel guest discounts.
This ensures that hotel employees are fairly compensated for every booking they make, while keeping the process simple and transparent.
Payment Information for Customers
Customers are required to pay the driver at the end of the tour, either in cash or by card.
The 20% hotel-guest discount applies only to the Christmas Market Tour and to the food tours.
Standard tours (Premium, Gold, Classic, Night) do not include any hotel guest discount, as these tours are already priced competitively.
Hotel Pick-Up Information
We offer free hotel guest pick-up in the city center of Vienna (1010 Wien).
If your hotel is located outside the city center, pick-up is still possible under the conditions below.
What if my hotel is not located in the city center?
No problem at all — we're here to help!Even if your hotel is not located in the city center or is not on our official pick-up list, you can still request a pick-up service from your location. We will do our best to make it happen!
Pick-Up Fee
A pick-up fee of €50 applies for hotels outside the city center.This fee includes the same high standards of comfort and reliability.
Important Information About Drop-Off
Hotel drop-off is not included in the standard tour.
The tour ends at Heldenplatz, Vienna.
Guests who wish to return to their hotel can request a hotel drop-off service for an additional €30.
Please select the hotel drop-off option when submitting your hotel request.
Taxi and Transfer Services
We provide taxis and transfers for groups of up to 56 people at one time. Our taxi service is based on a fixed price. Due to the limited speed of our vehicles (10 km/h), transfers are available primarily 1st–9th districts only. The fixed taxi fee is €100 per car for up to 7 people.
Important Note
If your hotel is located outside our regular pick-up zone, your request will need to be manually approved by our customer service team to ensure the timing works with our schedule.
